How do I actually collect the marked-up price from my client?
That part's on you — invoice or bill your client however you already do. Your markup table exists so your dashboard always shows the right number at every step, not as a separate client billing system.
Can I set a different markup per client?
Not per client — markups are set per TLD across your whole account. Every client gets the same pricing structure.
What's the default markup if I don't change anything?
New agency accounts start around 25-34% depending on the TLD. It's a starting point, not a recommendation — set it wherever makes sense for you.
Does the wholesale price ever change?
It can — registry and OpenSRS wholesale costs move occasionally. Your markup percentage stays fixed; the price you charge adjusts with the wholesale rate underneath it.
